The usage principle and characteristics of KH-HZD vibration sensor

The KH-HZD vibration sensor uses an ADMIA high-speed, high-performance microprocessor CPU internally. Equipped with a built-in precision operational amplifier, it has strong anti-interference ability and can effectively suppress external harmonic interference, greatly improving the stability of the entire machine. This transmitter can be applied in various industries such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, building materials, papermaking, power, pharmaceuticals, and industrial water treatment. The vibration transmitter integrates magneto electric vibration sensors and precision measurement circuits to form a high-precision vibration measurement system. The transmitter can be directly connected to DCS, PLC or other equipment, making it an ideal choice for measuring the vibration of factory equipment such as fans, motors, and water pumps.

The vibration transmitter adopts a two wire system, providing a 4-20mA current signal that is proportional to the vibration speed of the rotating mechanical bearing or bearing seat. It automatically collects vibration signals from the machine and uses the converted analog signals for PLC, DCS, DEH systems, etc.

Main functions:

1. Mainly used to measure the relative vibration (i.e. shaft vibration) of rotating machinery.

2. It is highly integrated, easy to install and debug, and suitable for long-term online monitoring.

3. It has 4-20mA current analog output and RS485 serial port signal output.

4. It has synchronous signal output. The low-frequency option can measure low-frequency state variables such as the swing of the water turbine and the eccentricity of the steam turbine.

The vibration transmitter mainly consists of pressure measuring element sensors, module circuits, display meter heads, meter shells, and process connectors. It can convert the received pressure signals of gases, liquids, etc. into standard current and voltage signals for supply to secondary instruments such as indicator alarms, recorders, regulators, etc. for measurement, indication, and process regulation. The measurement principle of a vibration transmitter is that the process pressure and reference pressure act on both ends of the integrated silicon pressure sensitive element, and the differential pressure causes the silicon wafer to deform (with very small displacement, only μ To enable the fully dynamic Wheatstone bridge made of semiconductor technology on a silicon wafer to output an mV voltage signal proportional to pressure under external current source driving. Due to the excellent strength of silicon materials, the linearity and variation index of the output signal are both high.

Vibration transmitters are mainly used to detect absolute vibration of rotating machinery, such as casing vibration, bearing vibration, mechanical vibration, etc. Monitor vibration changes caused by rotor imbalance, misalignment, loose components, damaged rolling bearings, gear damage, etc. Suitable for large rotating machinery such as steam turbines, water turbines, fans, compressors, motors, gearboxes, and machine tools (machining centers), suitable for different types of vibration sensors.
